BRAND PARTNER PROGRAM OVERVIEW
The design of commercial environments is evolving dramatically, as organizations strive to address a range of spaces within various markets. INDEAL offers ancillary product manufacturers a distinct way to align themselves with dealers to build more profitable relationships.
Suppliers’ growth rate with INDEAL dealers is
typically 3 to 5 times higher than their historic company growth rate.
PARTICIPATION 
GUIDELINES
Brand partnership programs run yearly, and either partner can cancel the contract by providing written notice by June 30th prior to renewal. Otherwise, the program automatically restarts each year with the same terms and conditions.
PARTNER RENEWAL
Brand partners commit to participating in at least one INDEAL conference annually – the Champion Conference in April or Leadership Conference in November. Registration is on a first come, first served basis and sponsorship opportunities are available for increased visibility.
NETWORKING
Brand partners aren’t required to pay the base rebate on sales that are discounted above the standard level, but are encouraged to establish a declining rebate schedule that pays dealers a partial rebate on minimally discounted sales critical to success.
IMPROVED DISCOUNTS
All brand partner product lines are made available to all INDEAL dealers unless exceptions are noted.
GSA and State Contract orders plus Canadian Federal and Provincial Government orders (not sold through the dealer) aren’t included in the program agreement.
PRODUCT
Brand partners are encouraged to offer additional program incentives to all INDEAL dealers, including enhanced discounts, extended terms, additional showroom discounts, extra spiff programs or separate specification allowances.

  • Recruitment of independent rep groups to service Canadian dealer members
  • Conversion of U.S. pricing to Canadian dollars
