A Digital Discovery: Pinpoint, Mortarr, and MRL

Lately, we’ve been talking a lot about digital platforms, specifically how you can utilize them to improve your processes and ease your workload. Here’s a “who’s who” of three platforms that will help you engage with INDEAL to find inspiration and discover products from our brand partners. Before we go into more detail, here’s a quick overview:

INDEAL Pinpoint – where you go to filter through INDEAL brand partners to find which ones provide products or services you need. Mortarr – where you go to find inspiration, connect with prospective clients, and showcase your company’s projects and expertise. My Resource Library – where you go to find product information from hundreds of manufacturers and tools that help you present solutions to your clients. Our Pinpoint Search Platform, exclusive to program members, helps you quickly find the right INDEAL brand partner for your project through a keyword-based search or series of filters that narrow options down by things like product category, vertical market, and specific brand attributes like Quick Ship or SPIFF programs. Once you’ve pinpointed the INDEAL brand that meets your needs, links on the site take you to their website or binder on My Resource Library for more detailed information and pricing. Mortarr

We like to think of Mortarr as a mash-up of Houzz, LinkedIn, and Instagram, tailored to the commercial interiors industry. From workplaces to hotels, restaurants, bars, and everything in between, you can find inspiration from commercial projects and interact with brands and pros tagged within those projects by liking, sharing, and commenting on their images. Brands and dealers that showcase on Mortarr can utilize profile pages to extend their digital marketing efforts by featuring products, projects, and partnerships. There’s also a local search component of Mortarr to increase a dealership’s digital visibility within their specific market.

A long-time partner of INDEAL, My Resource Library is the industry's virtual library, offering you access to resources you'd normally find in a physical binder library, and that’s just scratching the surface! MRL also has a search engine to help you narrow down product options from their hundreds of manufacturer binders, a Hub to find project inspiration, the ability to create customized and branded projects for client presentations, CET and ProjectMatrix integration to drag and drop product symbols into your design projects, and more!
